Bike: 22 min, 7.9 mi, 256 cal, lvl 12, 160+ bpm
Ellip: 22 min, 7.7 mi, 232 cal, lvl 13, 165+ bpm
9/30/05
Bike: 30 min, 10.9 mi, 352 cal, lvl 12, 160-165 bpm
Ellip: 30 min, 10.5 mi, 320 cal, lvl 13, 165+ bpm

Ramadan starts (fasting during daylight for 28-ish days)

Adding some new stuff today since I have been off SQ from the EIH for far too long and since I need some help with BP...
Dumbbell BP -- 12x45s, 10x60s, 10x75s, 9x,8x,8x90s
SQ -- 8x135, 8x185, 8x225 (man am I weak!! had to strain on that last rep even)
Shrug -- 20x135, 18x225, 8x315, 6x315
Should be able to ramp up nicely soon - just had to get some SQ on the board finally. When I had to quit I was doing the 20-rep program with 295. _________________ 502/386/518 best meet (40-44 / 198's)

Just did BP today - still sore from Weds.
BP with pause -- 8x,7x,6x,6x,6x 225, then 4+x245

Shaved off almost 5 minutes and 700 steps from last time I tried this - the gym work is really paying off; elliptical and bike. Even funnier is that I'm fasting and still sore from Weds, so I'm quite happy with this time. _________________ 502/386/518 best meet (40-44 / 198's)

Not happy with the BP, but I suppose I still haven't adjusted to my new weight (20lbs less than 5 months ago!). It should start creeping back up again once I do.
But at this rate, I might just fall all the way to the 165 weight class, which might not necessarily be a bad thing - I think it's closer to what my build would prefer in that I have to carry a lot of fat to be heavier (and stronger). _________________ 502/386/518 best meet (40-44 / 198's)
